Work culture. In the name of ethics and culture they will play politics. Plus this company is female centric so avoid getting into. As you ll be thrown under the bus at any moment. Headless women rules the company and male on the name of leadership are spineless creatures. Avoid getting into this zero job security. Plus headless women rules here so no point of any learning’s.

compensation is decent but growth is too slow. Sometimes , i had to work 14-18 hrs a day as too many sudden changes.Job security is missing here.Work pressure is too much .work life balance is missed here

Worst work culture and fake management team. Don't be fooled by the PR and branding activities to make you delusional about them. Once they reel you in they will show the true colors to you. Worst SDLC process on planet and as don't value their developers. This process is desinged by the people who never worked on software develpment. Another problem is that co-founders and the management team members are old friends which forms their inner circle. Hence making them accountable for the mess they have created is very difficult. It is better is avoid this company at all the cost.

There are many. The biggest one is the management. They are all old people from the generation which did not know technology well and are masquerading here at Ushur as AI Evangelists. The biggest issue with Ushur is the GM of India. He is forgiven by the co-founders for the mistakes he makes for the reason only God knows. He is took the decision to layoff hardworking people and made some random teams with disconnected people in the team. Other problem is the senior leadership who blindly follows the toxic work culture of Ushur. I was laid off for my 3 years of hard work and so you will. So stay away from this place at all cost.
