Environment is good and my direct boss (Arup Dutta) is a very supportive man..who has always encourages me to do well.

Salary growth is not so decent...it's been 2 years now but salary is still the same.

...Training and job security is there . good working environment and travel policy. Moderate salary pay structure. Hr management is very cooperative.

The work culture is pathetic, no respect from seniors, and always threatened to terminate. They believe in slavery culture. Life becomes hell. Zero growth.No work-family balance.

...ation - The HR doesn’t have a back bone - The expense reimbursement policy is terrible - They did not pay off the payment xpenses and at the same time they held approximately 20 people on hold during COVID - Sales and marketing teams and back office teams are like GOVT offices - I won’t suggest anyone to join

The organisation is loosing its reliability and will not sustain for too long

Only commercial and accounts staff are good..

Partial people, Salary issue, some of sales person don't have any manners to talk with a girl, we are also Human being they don't have any rights to shout in front of everyone.. pls give equal rights to Offroll & Onroll people.
