...ation - The HR doesn’t have a back bone - The expense reimbursement policy is terrible - They did not pay off the payment xpenses and at the same time they held approximately 20 people on hold during COVID - Sales and marketing teams and back office teams are like GOVT offices - I won’t suggest anyone to join

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I think it is one of those few companies which take care of its employees. No salary cuts no layoffs. Wonderful work culture where they have set guidelines about WFH where no one would bother you post 7pm. No working on weekly offs. Each and every policy is about taking care of its employees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the Product awareness training policy.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
