Beware of a Toxic Workplace. Narcissistic Boss. Being an ex-Naval officer, I feel compelled to share my experience working under Cdr Rishi Raj (owner of UYN) who unfortunately embodies the traits of a narcissist. I believe it's crucial to warn potential employees about his behavior and its impact on the workplace. Cdr Rishi Raj (owner of UYN), is an ex Naval officer, u may initially come across as a strong leader, but it's essential to clarify that his narcissistic tendencies should not be mistaken for military leadership style. Yes he is suffering with NPD, a psychological disorder. His belief that he is the most intelligent person ever born often leads to a toxic work environment. Here are some key observations: 1. **High Turnover Rate**: Many highly qualified individuals, including IITians, IIM graduates, and even fellow Naval officers, have joined our team only to leave within a few months. This high turnover rate speaks volumes about the unhealthy work atmosphere created by our boss. 2. **Personal Relationships**: It's unfortunate to note that he has been divorced twice, and his current marriage also faces problems. His narcissistic behavior often extends into his personal life, causing turmoil in relationships. This raises questions about his ability to maintain healthy working relationships as well. 3. **Micromanagement**: The boss's belief in his superior intelligence leads to extreme micromanagement. He rarely trusts his employees and constantly interferes in their work, stifling creativity and growth. 4. **Credit-Hogging**: He is notorious for taking credit for the hard work and ideas of his team members. This behavior demoralizes employees and hinders their professional development. 5. **Lack of Empathy**: Perhaps the most troubling trait is his profound lack of empathy. He is indifferent to the well-being and concerns of his employees, making it challenging to approach him with problems or personal issues. 6. **Pseudo Empathy**: He often feigns empathy towards his employees, but it's merely a temporary trick to maintain control and appear more approachable than he truly is. This pseudo-empathy is designed to manipulate perceptions rather than genuinely support his team. 7. **Name-Dropping**: He frequently tries to show off his relationships with not very well-known police officers, attempting to bolster his image as a strong and influential leader. This tactic can be misleading and divert attention from his negative traits. While he has only disturbed relationships with all his coursemates in Navy. 8. **Misinterpretation as Military Leadership**: Many people who are unaware of his true narcissistic traits mistake his behavior as a military leadership style. It's crucial to distinguish between disciplined leadership and narcissistic control. Military leadership emphasizes teamwork, constant appreciation for even of the minutest work, developing new leaders and decent language, while he prioritizes personal dominance and abusive language. In conclusion, I strongly advise caution to anyone considering working under this boss. His narcissistic behavior creates a hostile work environment that can be detrimental to your career and well-being. It's essential to recognize that true leadership is built on trust, collaboration, and empathy, qualities that seem to be lacking in his management style. His history in the Navy, pseudo-empathy, and name-dropping further underscore the need for vigilance when considering employment under him.

They are scammers. They send defective products and when you want to return the defective item they will arrange a pick up for it. But no one comes to pick up, then they will ask you to return it on your own expense and when the defective product reaches their store they will show you their real colour. They start asking rental amount from you for the delay in sending the product which was supposed to be their responsibility. If anyone wants hear my full experience then simply contact me back. In simple word, don’t deal and work for this group. They are scammers.
