Pathetic Management. Do not join this organisation if you want mental peace. Managers are toxic and terrible. They are like Thekedars who are greedy for sales and don’t know how yo behave with employees. No work life balance. You have to work extra hours and even on weekends. If sales not done they will insult you and treat you terribly and also ask to work on week offs. They don’t have leads at all. They just fool people and nothing else. Managers are pathetic and unprofessional

Through my working experience it helps me to learn more new things also help to develop my knowledge and skill

After sometime no work life balance is there alot of cost cutting suddenly at end started giving lot of pressures

You get salary on time even though salary is the same as last year

No value for good work, all they want is to make money, they disproportionately allow higher management to do no work at all, as a result the company is stagnant with no path breaking product from quite a while. They are always chasing running between different projects trying to package items in a way that get sales number instread of building what market might need. Higher management also doesnt have any vision, all they did was chase targets created on cloud and delivered them on cloud as well with no real ground work, the targets set were so high that people had to go on with dirty tricks to meet the ridiculous targets doesnt bring in any value they enjoy . As someone who has worked across multiple organizations

Nothng no work life balance they will eat up 18 hrs in a day in a very low package misinformation provided during hiring

No work life balance working 12 hrs nd after that lose your 4 to 5 days sal every month in lop fr nt completing calls nd tt because of no leads provided by us which is nt our fault nvr join here to spoil your personal nd professional life completely low salary ,work on week offs work 30 days in a month lose incentives fr stupid reasons managers aish krte hai cousellors cry ,leads nd incentives are earn if you follow give and take with your manager special female employees either be his gf inspite of him being married or bcme friends with benefits which is total exploitation sexually ,morally ,emotionally and ethically .

Over all it was good. The training was good, salary and incentive are better than many company.

Dislikes

Management Timing ( you have to work after shift end) The senior manager Varun sharma he does nothing and assigned to give lecture rather than helping his team. I don't see any efforts from his side for the company he goes for smoke break every hour, sit, eat & chill.
