Sales is bit hecitc honestly if we look. But paralley it is as good as other department in terms of employee training part, salary, incentives and other activities, Sales is always challenging so you have to cop up with that but many people join the organization by looking the salary but they cant cop up with the work it demands. So they cam out with harsh words and negative things without interospecting themselves.

Nit much to like apart form timely salary

Organization is in experimental phase with zero sop.Sop are yet to defined and for that organisation is using there employees as an experiment samples . Despite of all the ownership which is being given to you you will still find many restriction while performing them . The middle management works worse here .They themselves are not aware of what to do and how to move forward .They may ask you to do some unexpected things to get the results.If you can survive all ,you may do wonders but the attrition rate is quite high which give the justification for itself .
