The company's culture, the employee of the upgrad is so so so hardworking, they do rigourous job here and I think everyone cannot do that . The people who want to learn, who want to do something extraordinary, who have good influencing skills only they can do this ed tech job.

Dislikes

Cut the holiday, work life balance, sometimes environment, lots of pressure, more than 9 hours working time, data is not good enough.

The young professionals. As a fresher you won't feel surrounded by aged persons and can freely present your own opinion

Dislikes

Companies off days are Sunday and Monday . I don't know what is the purpose of keeping Monday as a off day .Instead of Monday the company could have kept Saturday as a off day

My first job was at upGrad education and i have this horrible experience. Firstly the working culture was terrible they force you to stay in office like till 9-9:30 in the night no matter you have completed your daily SOP or not. Secondly they give you unbearable sales pressure, they actually don't care about that you have completed your targets, they only want more and more sales. Manager don't respect you and treat you like a Dog, they actually force you to work on sundays and if you ask for leave, they straightaway says no. I was force to come to office even i was not well that means you are not allowed to fall sick. I don't know how this company is surviving. Horrible culture, horrible people don't waste your time here.
