Pure unethical company and culture even you meet or justify your salary they are not able to understand they are real estate guys they do not know how sales happen in. Education domain.personaly I am not give any one advice to join uolo.they don't have inhouse content they copy from Oxford and all.

I did not like this company. There is no stability. Company does not value employees. Very selfish company. They don't know what they want to do. Very confused management. Nd this company is not for women. They give appraisals to men only. Value only good college passout employees. Company lie about multiple offices. They have no branches except bangalore.

Every thing, they don't know on what thing they have to work. Without having any product ask us to work on it and then stop us as we were successfully doing it. No vision only playing with career of their employees

Lot of politics, no growth, no learning & no job security. Performance is the metrics for your lay off means if you are a below performer & do politics you will survive. If you are Super performer but don't know politics you will surely fail to work in UOLO.
