There is nothing to like about this company. Sales employees runs the company, all other departments are running according to sales heads. No job security. If you can do buttering to your managers and sales heads, then only there is a chance to survive here.

...ting customer and their employees as well. They will ask you to cheat customers. No promotion no bonus no salary hike. Please stay away from this company.

What i think that likes and dislikes depends upon person to person. So as per my likes 1) Salary on time. 2) free hand work. 3) 8 hours Monday to Friday but that is flexible and 7 hours on Saturday. 4) leave encashment on gross. 5) appraisal on time. 6) if you will perform company will give u decent appraisal

1) 7 hours Saturday work. 2) washroom issue. 3) less scope of learning

...ust call them & request to put down paper. Unprofessional behaviour is horrible. There package is too low but expectation is very high.

Unprofessional management, there is politics in every team as well as management. New employee makes politics but management is in silent mode.

The team leads and managers here are very friendly and empower us to take initiative and explore new ideas. Its a privilege for me to work for a company that not only value its employees but also encourages continues learning development. The managers like Anirban or Mr Majumdar has a depth knowledge of of both technical and no technical they work really hard on project and help their team to grow every day.
