There is no job security right now, if they think not to work with anybody without any mail they just call them & request to put down paper. Unprofessional behaviour is horrible. There package is too low but expectation is very high.

Unprofessional management, there is politics in every team as well as management. New employee makes politics but management is in silent mode.

At UCL we don't have a particular punching in-out time as long you are completing the 9hrs shift which is very useful as many employees travel from a long distance to reach office. Also the managers and bosses will not bother you as long as you are completing your assessments on time. Leave applications are also approved without anyextra questions asked.
