Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing I like anything. Managers change your shift at any change give 20-night shifts terrible management. Don't go in the company. Overall, there is no work pressure. But only one person does the First shift in the absence of the Manager so what about the other people?

If I give my 100% to the company and the Manager gives 1st April to 17 April give the night shift and say, What you do say that person files a checklist what you do? In the one-person favorite give First problem is not this if we come IN First shift and the Manager phone comes You can come in the Second shift how was the manager has no plan or targeting the harassment? You don't do anything you do not know anything about this type of people harassment are there bad politics in the department? Only one favorite person can give you 40000 Thousand incentives and no any person receives incentives.
