Nothing I like anything. Managers change your shift at any change give 20-night shifts terrible management. Don't go in the company. Overall, there is no work pressure. But only one person does the First shift in the absence of the Manager so what about the other people?

If I give my 100% to the company and the Manager gives 1st April to 17 April give the night shift and say, What you do say that person files a checklist what you do?
