There is no job security, no increments, and no timely salary. Every month, when the salary date comes, there are system issues, which is the reason they always give.

Company is doing work for Health System strengthing but not doing our employees specially VCCM post. No increment from last 4 year No bonus, No extra health insurance.... Nothing to growth.

I am working since 2.3 years with UNDP it is excellent organisation, UNDP always encourage employees safety and they have provided protection equipment like face masks and sanitisers in this covid19 pandemic situation.
