For being promoted from one scale to another you have to reappear for an interview. Less exposure. Working with the Government funds limits the quality

There is no job security, no increments, and no timely salary. Every month, when the salary date comes, there are system issues, which is the reason they always give.

Company is doing work for Health System strengthing but not doing our employees specially VCCM post. No increment from last 4 year No bonus, No extra health insurance.... Nothing to growth.

About my VCCM Post no salary increment from last four year I am working in same salary UNDP is not serious about the same.
