A very good work environment, supportive staff and team, have ethics and culture. Good salary pattern as per UN system and comparatively outside market. Work and personal life balance is one of the major thing in UNDP. And Nice cafeteria.

There is no job security, no increments, and no timely salary. Every month, when the salary date comes, there are system issues, which is the reason they always give.

Company is doing work for Health System strengthing but not doing our employees specially VCCM post. No increment from last 4 year No bonus, No extra health insurance.... Nothing to growth.
