...istan for audit, I learn a lot there. But work life balanced was not maintained. Salary benefit average, but worst thing is bureaucracy style of working of senior. there is huge communication gap between boss and junior staff. Discourage the junior suggestion.

Fully secured and less target pressure.Salary as per government payment.Friendy atmosphere. Good atmosphere for learning and growing.

No scope for going abroad.outside state transfer is a problem with limited salary.Perquisites are inadequate compared.to other organizations.

The UBL is open to innovation & readily adopts latest digital technology. I love the fact that I am a part of digital innovation .Originations is worthy giving appreciation but some crimnal elements are not working in the interest of origination. They are using miss use of their power. They are trying to harm the root of Ubl which may adverse the effect .

Teammates,training is better but job security career growth salary appraisal is very poor a crimnal lobby is working on it since few years

It's a multinational organization wich provide excellent customer service with minimum service charges and provide it's employees with life time house loan car loan medical and much more facilities.

There is nothing to dislike about UBL.
