Im currently working here and they are really good in performance validation and appraisal , if you are performed well then they will provide the good appraisal even after 6 minths of working too and one more thing is salary credit .they will not reduce the salary unwantedly like some companies are doing

...isrespect you. In short not a healthy work environment and but a mental torture. Instant salary deductions, Didn't pay salary to employees in whole COVID 19 pandemic, also asked to work overtime while WFH. And its easier for them to behave in such ways with Female employees. That's the reason they hire only Female employees.

...h her disrespectful attitude. She asked why do you need to move to HR Operation? and asked about my New salary a clear display of jealousy and unprofessionalism. In 1 year of period, I had a really bad experience and there are many more things to cover regarding existing policy. I request you all to check the reviews before joining any organization.

1. Excellent leadership. 2. Well defined organisational Structure and Hierarchy 3. Matured and dedicated team 4. Structured form of working. Well defined rules and regulations. Each team is assigned with a team leader and a team manager and has to achieve their operations by every day end. 5. Excellent award systems in place. Achievers and over achievers are duly appreciated and awarded.

None so far. Every organisation grows with time. "Rome was not built in a day". Transitional changes do happen and should take place time to time.
