No good healthcare Policy, No identity card, Extra time need to spend in company Daily, No lunch facility, Coffe is only for HOD & Tea is for others 😂 these such things are more unfair

It’s really good to work in such automation company were I learnt lot many new things in last few years as every day i found a new challenges while working and that helps me to grow So over all it’s really good to work .

It’s nothing to dislike about the company but my expectation as visions are increasing more than the companies growth.

Company politics and not a good environment to work. Seniors languages too Rude.if you ask for work to operators all operators come together and false complaints to seniors and seniors never support you. When work target is not complete. Seniors start shouting and start asking can I send load to other company and we say no I will complete work in our own company Support me. After this your are the biggest enemy of your senior and after some days you will resign by your own will.

The company is making Special Purpose Machine which customer required. Therefore company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology and we work happily in company.

Company is good but the work pressure is very high and no appraisal system, training session.

I got lucky in case of teammates. I joined there as a fresher and worked there for over 2 years. The work culture was very good. People over there were very helpful.

Since its a small scale industry, after some years you might consider to switch to another company.
