...10 years. No flexibility is provided for punch in and punch out. 6 days working. Even if you are 1 min late, they cut half day from your salary. Canteen food is really bad, They cook rice in soda.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive ande the management is transparent

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and you will be not a part of company after one year i.e trainee period complete.

...e during traveling like proper sanitization of the vehicle and employees also. They have given extra compensation for the employees who have worked during lockdown period.

There is a lots of politics and the management does not address our issues salary is low and carrier growth is slow. there is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new.
