...no matter how many efforts you are putting and how good your work results are. if you feel this job is not something you can do, they gives you a lollipop of money you can earn and once they feel you are not a good begger they will ask you to leave the job so that they don't need to pay you your salary. this is just a teaser i can write a novel about them.

... no matter what your Postion is if u are a manger then also u have to fundraise. So what i found there is no growth in terms of work , salary will increase definetly you have to do mangers work also but u have to fundraise also.

It's a brand so everyone wants to be associated with it and so did I.

Dislikes

...al positions are very uncertain. They give contracts even for one or two months. Every year you have to be prepared for a gap in your job without salary because of the unnecessary delay in contract renewal. Majority of the payroll employees behave so bad with the team mates. There is no team spirit at all.
