I really enjoy all the people I work with. Collaboration is important to me, so it's been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. One of them is that there aren't a lot of paths upward in the company.

Terrible senior/TL always speaks rubbish and do so much of partiality. Don't know how to talk and give respect to girls, if somebody is unable to deliver the sale with 3rd class leads in 10 days he motivates to resign and speak words like 'free salary kha rhe ho yha bethe kr'. I will never suggest anybody to join in this company..never

If you are looking for work life balance and looking for growth on your own without Licking your manager's as* then please this is not the right place to you. If you are okay with 12 -13 hours of working then this is the best place.

First of all there's nothing to like here.The company is full of people who are illiterates themselves. Being at a position of a manager they don't treat the employees like humans but just like some stray animals.Even after giving them the sale and completing the target they will ask for more every day and if you don't they will shout on you using curse words. Nobody is there older than 6 months in the system because they will threat you to the core and make your lives a living hell.

Dislikes

...like.They will even eat up your self respect and ask you to come all the 7 days.Every months a new batch comes and leaves after taking the salary because if they don't they will be killed morally, emotionally, mentally. This is hell.Even if you cleared the interview i would suggest not to join this gutter if you don't want to get severely depressed.
