Terrible senior/TL always speaks rubbish and do so much of partiality. Don't know how to talk and give respect to girls, if somebody is unable to deliver the sale with 3rd class leads in 10 days he motivates to resign and speak words like 'free salary kha rhe ho yha bethe kr'. I will never suggest anybody to join in this company..never

The is not shift time in unext Noida office ,they don't care you had your meal not ,they will not give you a lunch,if you hv not given any number,manager behaviour is so worst ,they showing that they caring but actual they are exploiting employees,no shift timing ,no week off during interview they will say they will give you this and that but after joing they only care about the number of sales and your Target,worst ambience of Noida office!...Read More

First of all there's nothing to like here.The company is full of people who are illiterates themselves. Being at a position of a manager they don't treat the employees like humans but just like some stray animals.Even after giving them the sale and completing the target they will ask for more every day and if you don't they will shout on you using curse words. Nobody is there older than 6 months in the system because they will threat you to the core and make your lives a living hell....Read More

Everything and everyone is a dislike.They will even eat up your self respect and ask you to come all the 7 days.Every months a new batch comes and leaves after taking the salary because if they don't they will be killed morally, emotionally, mentally. This is hell.Even if you cleared the interview i would suggest not to join this gutter if you don't want to get severely depressed.

Only salary but after u reach the floor you will feel that you have been scammed up bigtime as you will feel u have asked for very little salary compared to the unrealistic and unlogical approach and expectations they have if you want to survive you should have these qualities 1.) Good in buttering. 2.) Should be excellent in givingfalse commitment and lying. 3.) Should not have any personal or social live. 4.) No work life balance they need lame people wo will sit till 10-120 clock just for buttering and gossipin no work hour defined don't expect any corporate culture even fish market is well organised compared to the work culture they have unrealistic imaginary illogical approach to get things done not at all focused on the actual area of improvement You would be learning any thing new because they don't have anything or capable people to train you as you will get only one solution it's your problem not mine...Read More
