Overall exp is not so much good. There are some opputunities for skill development but no job security. Company used to hire and fire employees in bulk they can closed the contracts without giving any prior notice just by giving additional pay. Prior closure to contract and deputation definitely affects the resume. Company culture is bit fine not good not bad.

No job security is there. Compensation will be given but deputation will affects the career and mind peace alot.

Everything was good, diversify human resource, competition for growth, good pay scale, regular training for better alignment to success. Good organisation to work with.

Every organisation is good. There is few up-down in startup phase which can be improved like better allocation of resource, proper utilisation of energy etc.

Working hours are too long From morning 9AM till late night. No promotions. No salary hike. Poor incentive system. No growth. Week off given some time after continuing working for 12 days No proper management Just use employee as much as you can
