In my life I have never seen this kind of third class company. They will pressure rise to you for work but they will not give you salary properly. I am requesting you to everyone never join this worst company.

Salary and benefits.. trying to do nee things out side of your comfort zone.

No job security. Terrible work culture and work-life balance. Constant role changes and need to prove to reporting manager every time. Imbalanced recognition.

The only thing i liked about was my manager . I was lucky to have a good manager but my other team mates who were with me in training , all had really bad or worst managers.

...ng the ringing time), u might have to sit 3-4 extra hours of your working time . and if u dont complete that even by one minute , they will cut your salary. they say they have sundays off , but they hardly give any.

Probably the only good thing was their salary offering to am extent (not great but considerable to market standards)

The culture at Unacademy is probably one of the worst I've come across in 10 years of my experience. Lack of clarity at the CxO level, random projects undertaken in a whim. Not considerate towards emoployees

Benefits given and salary is credited on time or before time.

Dislikes

Unplanned, Rush decision taken, very unclear on things that need to be done work life balance, no fixed offs. Too much pressure on not taking off, no job security for any of the employees whether you are senior or manager or associated level.pathetic co-ordination.Every time the HRs or Team leader are changing to inconsistent company policies.
