In regard to recruitment processes, provision of financial and material support for fieldwork, technical supervision, and fair treatment of employees. They seem to be thinking themselves only saviour of women in the world. But there is a need of understanding that women live in community and everyone in the community dont violate women's rights. There are some who support women and recognize their contribution in the society and like their freedom too. It is for whose cause women survives in the community. Most of the time its the male counterparts who promote women and support them. We need to recognize their role in supporting women too. All men are not violators and all are not rapists.
