HR Team is WORST in UltraTech, The only people can help you and make you survive are your managers and their managers, HR Policies are good, but HR Team is not at all good, They will never come to you and ask you about your professional life, they will never come and see if you are happy working and if you are loving the work you are doing or not, My experience was WORST, I don't even know the hierarchy of the HR Department and there is no inductions on HR Team and they will not explain you anything about policies and the benefits. Apart from HR Team, UltraTech is an amazing company.

Work and family life balance. Ethical,Values & Transparency in the system leads high profile growth. Salaries comparatively bit low with competitors. But UltraTech will provide focussed responsibility to get an output in friendly work environment. Finally, we can find work satisfaction here. Thatswhy, more competion for this jobs.

Employee open to take initiatives....Salary credit on every 30th of Month, Highest Conveyance Paying company Rs 13/- per Km for 4 wheel.

Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.
