Managers and senior Managers are excellent, You will get good benefits a good learning curve, new projects, opportunities, and a new network to work with. Overall experience was good. You can shift to other companies within the group, the pay scale is good, the work-life balance is good, and there is no additional pressure or stressyour managers will put on you. HR Team is WORST in UltraTech, The only people can help you and make you survive are your managers and their managers, HR Policies are good, but HR Team is not at all good, They will never come to you and ask you about your professional life, they will never come and see if you are happy working and if you are loving the work you are doing or not, My experience was WORST, I don't even know the hierarchy of the HR Department and there is no inductions on HR Team and they will not explain you anything about policies and the benefits.
