HR Team is WORST in UltraTech, The only people can help you and make you survive are your managers and their managers, HR Policies are good, but HR Team is not at all good, They will never come to you and ask you about your professional life, they will never come and see if you are happy working and if you are loving the work you are doing or not, My experience was WORST, I don't even know the hierarchy of the HR Department and there is no inductions on HR Team and they will not explain you anything about policies and the benefits. Apart from HR Team, UltraTech is an amazing company.

Pay revision pending more than 15 years. At the same designation huge difference of payment. No incentive scheme. Excess work load on engineers. Too much advertisement rather than focusing on plant issues. advertising

It is an extremely miser organization. They try to cheat people of compensation package as much as possible. They will keep an unpaid intern for a year or more, and make him fill the vacancy of an assistant manager. And this is just one example.
