Nothing to like it's worst company in the world

UltraTech RMC is hands-down one of the worst companies to work for, with a workplace environment that's both toxic and demeaning. The lack of work-life balance is extreme, with relentless pressure and constant expectations for overtime, especially affecting women, who often face unfair treatment and added stress. Management shows noconcern for personal boundaries or the well-being of its employees. The internal politics are exhausting and demoralizing. Corruption appears to be rampant, as senior management regularly turns a blind eye to quality standards, accepting bribes from vendors to allow inferior materials into projects. Quality control teams are coerced into approving these materials, compromising their professional integrity. When quality staff try to push back, they’re bullied, isolated, and harassed. There’s no support for those who try to uphold standards – only pressure to fall in line with the corrupt practices of the organization. Favoritism and nepotism are everywhere. If management has a preferred candidate, they will go to great lengths to make the current employee’s life miserable, creating a hostile environment that forces them to leave. This high turnover rate is proof of the company’s toxic culture. Upper management is unresponsive, indifferent, and primarily focused on maintaining control and power, rather than listening to employees or making meaningful improvements. Career growth is stunted, as promotions are given based on favoritism rather than merit. Constructive feedback is ignored, and those who raise concerns are often labeled as troublemakers, further isolating them from their colleagues. UltraTech RMC is a company to avoid if you value your mental health, career growth, or professional reputation. Working culture has been spoiled by management by taking wrong decission like man power reduction from OMEGA scheme and UKSC there is no scientific way of approach, for example single mill and double mill, dispatch and work load, local management is also not good, they don't bother about employees and behave like Hitler.

HR Team is WORST in UltraTech, The only people can help you and make you survive are your managers and their managers, HR Policies are good, but HR Team is not at all good, They will never come to you and ask you about your professional life, they will never come and see if you are happy working and if you are loving the work you are doing or not, My experience was WORST, I don't even know the hierarchy of the HR Department and there is no inductions on HR Team and they will not explain you anything about policies and the benefits.
