Company policies are very good to all employees and lots of opportunities available for career growth. Salery always on time that's very good.

Dislikes

1.work life balance is not possible in ultratech cement and you have to ready to 12 to 14 hours every day and without weekly off 24*7. 2.CTC is very high but in-hand salery is very low, because lots of deduction. 3. Accomodation is not free and u have to pay water and electricity charges extra. 4. Honest and sincere people can't survive here in long term.

Work-life balance is terrible here and u have to work 24*7 because manpower is very limited and there is no reliver.
