Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and some time late into the night manager do not value an individual unique strengths which late into the take back my suggestion most of the time i do receive appreciation email & phone call from costumer but they mostly go unnoticed during my mind -year appraisals also there is no no job training for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime

The company is well and good for those who are knowledge enhancing person. Person can learn important segmets related to manufacturing and production. And the company come up with well organized production methods and advanced machineries provides better privilege to stand out different and unique.

Dislikes

Working hours is most disadvantageous issue. They implanted 12 hours of working, specifically for those who are at contract basis or third party pay role and goes same for some of the on roll staff also. As far as my concern, 12 hours of continuous work is always frustrating. In spite of that, some superiors seems more dominating and rough.
