1. Visionary owner and most of the project are having life changing potentials, 2. company is growing day by day in Chakan MIDC cluster. 3. One of the state of the art facility in Chakan/Bhosari MIDC. 4. Project based company 5. Medical coverage and other ESIC policies are good.

Dislikes

1. Salary hike is depend on the whole ultra plant performances that means if any plant underperforms that will ultimately reflect at the time of appraisals, 2. performance allowance deduction every month 3. transportation charges deducted from employees take home salaries 4. No fixed salary date (who will be responsible for EMI bounces - it does not affect on high paying employees but most of the people seriously affects due to delay) 5. Some of closed to management employees treated differently. 6. huge internal politics (i know it happens in every company)

The best thing I like about ultra is that the growth of anything does not stop here, be it skill development, discipline environment development, safety, also increase working position and salary 😊

It's a great company with good work culture.Everyone has a freedom of work and the owner has a great vision.

Only top level mangement is benefitted more..Hr should groom juniors and give more salary hike to them.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
