1. Visionary owner and most of the project are having life changing potentials, 2. company is growing day by day in Chakan MIDC cluster. 3. One of the state of the art facility in Chakan/Bhosari MIDC. 4. Project based company 5. Medical coverage and other ESIC policies are good.

Dislikes

1. Salary hike is depend on the whole ultra plant performances that means if any plant underperforms that will ultimately reflect at the time of appraisals, 2. performance allowance deduction every month 3. transportation charges deducted from employees take home salaries 4. No fixed salary date (who will be responsible for EMI bounces - it does not affect on high paying employees but most of the people seriously affects due to delay) 5.
