Salary hike is depend on the whole ultra plant performances that means if any plant underperforms that will ultimately reflect at the time of appraisals, 2. performance allowance deduction every month 3. transportation charges deducted from employees take home salaries 4. No fixed salary date (who will be responsible for EMI bounces - it does not affect on high paying employees but most of the people seriously affects due to delay) 5.
