...nvironment and There was a lot to learn, Company police are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

SCM management is very rude, non technical people in top management (SCM), don’t have manners how to talk with colleague or team member. If you have reference then you will get only benefits in hike & promotions. Company is very good but not SCM Dept.
