It's a great company with good work culture.Everyone has a freedom of work and the owner has a great vision.

Only top level mangement is benefitted more..Hr should groom juniors and give more salary hike to them.

SCM management is very rude, non technical people in top management (SCM), don’t have manners how to talk with colleague or team member. If you have reference then you will get only benefits in hike & promotions. Company is very good but not SCM Dept.
