...fore it was a registered company and have grown professionally financially here. started at a very less salary as an intern but have grown to a significant amount over the last 6 years. this organisation has recognised and rewarded my talent and hard work. My journey has made me realize that this is the place which has helped me in the professional I am today. It feels proud to be a part of a team with really experienced and top notch professionals. I am constantly motivated by my team, management and dedication of the organisation towards the clients. Constant appreciation emails from our clients helps management take note of the efforts and hours we have put. Work culture is very groth oriented and constant guidance and motivation by the leadership and management also helps. challenges, achievement, friends, growth all in all a very fulfilling time here. Have always got the credit for my contributions.

Employer is very rude.often gives salary very late and sometimes he doesn't give salary at all. Many times takes advances from client and then he doesn't do their work and forfeit their money.. organisation has hardly 4 employees and that too out of compulsion who are ready to leave organisation at any time if they get good offer..

In my role as head of Operations at our Legal and Consulting firm ,every day brings something new. it's a mix of strategy, management, and a bit of firefighting, which keeps things interesting. I lead a team that's not just talented but also truly dedicated to what they do-it's inspiring. What I really appreciate here is the support from our leadership. they understand the complexities of our industry and give us the room to innovate and improve. It's been great for my growth and for keeping our operations sharp and client - focused. Sure ,like any place ,there's room for improvement. Embracing more tech could make our workflows even smoother.But overall,it's a place where hard work and smart ideas are valued. It's challenging ,but in all the right ways.

I don't find anything to dislike at a place where there is so much to learn. Rather I welcome young professionals to come and join Ultiwise to aim for a good career.

Have got hands-on with some really interesting deals. I've seen a lot, from small startups to big corporate mergers and exposure to some listing deals. It keeps me on my toes, and I've learned tons about market. The team is solid, we share insights, and everyone's supersmart. The bosses actually listen to what we have to say, which feels good . Sure things can get hectic specially when we are in a middle of a deal, but that's part of excitement. For anyone who is into nitty-gritty of the financial world, this place is the real deal.

My only gripe is the limited number of holidays. More downtime would be great for work life balance.
