Slow growth even if you are working for 10 years and that too with hard work your package will not go beyond certain percent say 6% a year ... When in today's world standard of living is increasing constantly they hardly give you hike and bonus and if they give they give with some conditions.

Ujjivan is a good organisation and working culture is good some small chages for collection team

Many services employment to lead promotion but some new join employer to salary was good but lod employees salary was poor... Only known manager level not ground level

It is good place to work.Like career growth was excellent for me and also salary and apprisal.I enjoyed when i do my job bcz its a very friendly environment for working.I want to yold also my learning.development is growing day by day.Thanku ujjivan for giving me opportunity to work with u.

MAnager do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of time.

Ujjivan bank is good her uper label is good, salary gave in currect time culture insensitive is very good

Ujjivan upper level is good but lower level is not good.. holiday is open and working all employees, manager level paser , time table lendy , manager paercility right person not promoted her choice person he should time them he promoted .all time depression, paser , tantion life is irritated

Specially the salary structure is very poor,and the another thing is ,the duty time , this is the only bank I found in my little career where most of the holiday treat as a normal working days. so is no possibility in working Ujjivan Bank.
