No motivation No increament No personnel life No Job guarantee, blindly they will kick out , none of seniors will support you. Five people workload will be assigned to one employee Approx weekly resignation 200 to 250 people are leaving duo to bad company culture

If you are knowing person of skip lavel manager then only you r the good staff and in hr team decide and sent me the worning mail with out proper judge if you are not knowing person hr not want to lessen your point. Perciality 100% working on it

Full partiality going on outbound team and also IJP who are in local that time manager will help you to get a IJP and if you are out side than they did not give good rating if not get good rating than you did not get any increment if what ever do hard work also so if you think to join corp Office PBO dont join outbound

Wrost Employeement Experience in this Organisation , Branch Manager is the only Boss and He playing with all employees career so that 5 Sales EMP Resign with in 3 month ....lots of behaviour issues
