Full partiality going on outbound team and also IJP who are in local that time manager will help you to get a IJP and if you are out side than they did not give good rating if not get good rating than you did not get any increment if what ever do hard work also so if you think to join corp Office PBO dont join outbound

Wrost Employeement Experience in this Organisation , Branch Manager is the only Boss and He playing with all employees career so that 5 Sales EMP Resign with in 3 month ....lots of behaviour issues

Slow growth even if you are working for 10 years and that too with hard work your package will not go beyond certain percent say 6% a year ... When in today's world standard of living is increasing constantly they hardly give you hike and bonus and if they give they give with some conditions.

Ujjivan is a good organisation and working culture is good some small chages for collection team

Dislikes

Many services employment to lead promotion but some new join employer to salary was good but lod employees salary was poor... Only known manager level not ground level
