Has a very good opportunity to learn new skills but it ruins because of MD's decision and poor management skills, Project Head is very supportive and guides at all the stages, HR works very closely with MD hence, the decision taken by him are more influenced by MD only. The team is good and very supportive, I enjoyed working at site locations. No career growth opportunities , should work in remote locations, every single facility & benefit should discuss multiple times with lady HR, all basic expenses like purchasing mask for site and snacks for late hours work also will not be reimbursed. Should work more than 10 hours no OT facility nor food facility. All stages mirco management. No authority of project engineers cant take decision on their own. Should seek permission with MD for small work.
