...are humiliated in from of offrole staff and warned to be fired in joint meeting. Junior who works on Sunday and send late night emails are the best employees and his tips to Head generates bonus, by screwing seniors jobs.

Work ethics and if you're in plant and machinery sales division then good luck for your future my friend, the whole department's management is doomed big time. The administration of the department has many loopholes and they entertain no room for improvement or development.
