No job security. They do not give opportunity to ex employees to rejoin. I m intrested to re join. Its a dream organisation to work again under the guidelines of Mr Amitava Ray.

Its the best company for everyone to work with but sometimes it depends upon person to person.. No company is bad but the people in that organization makes it bad. For me its the best company in all aspects.

Dislikes

Nothing everything is good. Yeah 1 point is there they are keeping high salaried persons with them who are of no use and because of this lower level workers are suffering in getting their good increments 2 percentage system for increments is benificial for higher salary persons only not for those whose salary is below 40k

It is good company and about job security is depends on your immediate manager. What is expectations from you and your performance both depends on your job security. From last 4 years March salary is include increment part. Salary is on time every 30th every month.

Salary growth very less.

The management staff here is very good, there is full support of seniors. There are many benefits which I cannot describe in my words, thank you.
