...e plant parking is under private agencies which charges amount from employees. Employee has to compulsorily take their costly Mediclaim policy and the premium gets deducted from Salary. It takes months to get your AC, system, furniture, etc repaired. Water cooler and RO will only work in winters. They dont give releasing letter during relieving. F&F takes 2 months. Going out of the gate for a minute requires permission from VP and Bussiness Head. Company and your boss will decide when and how much leaves of yours you can take. No coffee facility. Tea is yukk. Stationery is hard to get. Reimbursement for any Travel is unreasonable. Overall you own life will get destroyed due to over loading and unbalanced work life.

...nt. Company police are good but working time are poor of packaging division. They good salary hike & bonus every year.

... Ham 12 hours duty bhi kare aor khana bhi bana ke laaye.. Ye kesa nyay hai... Salary growth bhi ab thik nhi rha.. Uflex me career bekaar sa lagne laga hai... Last me ek baat kahna chahunga ki over time sabka same kare ya phir duty 8 hours kare... & canteen pe uflex thoda dhyan de to employee ke liye kuchh thik hoga...

Company open to adopt innovation. I loved to be part of team.High quality and global competent company.I like the employee hire policy of the company.

Growth is decent. Compensation is average. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work for 16 to 20 hrs in a day to attend our internal customers. I got self motivation by getting our clients are satisfied but our seniors never appreciated.
