It is good company and about job security is depends on your immediate manager. What is expectations from you and your performance both depends on your job security. From last 4 years March salary is include increment part. Salary is on time every 30th every month.

1. The company has a fixed mindset and not aggressive on growth 2. The managememt as well as the entire sales team (barring one or 2 sales people) are in comfort zone, very resistant to change and new ideas. They work on the principal, "this industry is like this only". 3. There is a lack of planning in Sales and therefore production and forecast is very ad-hoc. They seem to live by the day. Till afternoon there is no clarity what and how much will be the end of day sales. 4. Because of this long term planning is difficult. This uncertainty sometimes creates undue pressure. 5. Sales people also are very weak in commercial terms and love to give extra credit days to Buyers, increasing company exposure and risk, in order to secure ad-hoc sales. Overall, the top management is mediocre and unable to control the sales team creating a non competitive environment that doesn't support personal growth. Did I mention that every deptt is concerned about saving their own skin!

Absolutely disgusting in every way. Top to bottom all are crooks

Dislikes

...d packages. Gas leakages and Chemical Leakages at their plant are daily affair. They deduct your salary in first year if you take leave. They treat Management People and Workers like Trash. Transporters call purchase department people at night as they don’t have space to unload raw material trucks. Average waiting time for truck unloading is 6 days. If any officer highlights unsafe practices he is unceremoniously sacked. HR department is the most Inhuman Department. Central HR department bluffs they have annual pay hike. But pay hikes happen once in 2 years. If people resign they are promised promotion and pay hike. Quietly HR recruits other person. The person who trusted HR and stayed back is sacked. They don’t even give him his dues. If he asks dues he is insulted in most foul language. There are many instances when people are sacked on the security gate and not allowed to enter the chemicals business. Many chemicals are stored in open posing a huge fire hazard. How this chemical factory is being allowed to operate in densely populated area is a big question. If you care for your life don’t work in Uflex Chemicals Business. It is a Bhopal Gas Kaand waiting to happen with serious human casualties.
