Flex as a company completely depends n your manager, i was working under a great manager for past 3 years who values his employees, but once that changed, the work culture is completely a mess here. so your life here in flex completely depends on your boss.

internal politics, no career growth, poor salary, pre determinded appraisal, no work life balance, no pay or support for additional hours supported.

Good working environment. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

After complete of 58 years, job extension is very bad policy. Old managers are not supportive so everytime feel job security is zero.

...not fair for low salaried person because his work contribution is too much hard. Other than salary no benifits like medical insurance from company. No canteen no transport besides strict timing
