Uflex is best company for learning as it is a big multi national organization, and such organization have complex huge data for which they are using ORACLE, which make you expert in handling such huge financial data and drafting MIS from them. I Learned a lot from Uflex about how to professionally work in Accounting & GST to draft the MIS to corporates.

Dislikes

Compensation & benefits are not equivalent to the work which I was performing. Since it operates 6 days a week and I was single handed handling 2 divisions of Uflex i.e. Uflex Converting Division Noida Domestic Sec-60 and Noida Domestic Additional Sec-10.

...nt. Company police are good but working time are poor of packaging division. They good salary hike & bonus every year.

Working time of packaging division is poor so am not satisfied for continue 12 hrs.

... Ham 12 hours duty bhi kare aor khana bhi bana ke laaye.. Ye kesa nyay hai... Salary growth bhi ab thik nhi rha.. Uflex me career bekaar sa lagne laga hai... Last me ek baat kahna chahunga ki over time sabka same kare ya phir duty 8 hours kare... & canteen pe uflex thoda dhyan de to employee ke liye kuchh thik hoga...

Good work environment and supporting staff and moreover, daily learning skills are improving with the latest foreign technology.

Dislikes

Salary and career growth is slow. Moreover, management is not very supporting.
