...r recieved as stated in the offer letter even after following up multiple times. There is a salary cap of 25k for work from home. The management doesn't care about the employees. The only way to move ahead is to suck up to the managers. Once you leave, you have to beg for your F&F settlement and relieving letter and even then there is a possibility that you might not get anything. The middle management is concerned only about covering for each other's mistakes and the upper management doesn't care

Nothing Just spoil my career in this company From 2012 to Till present the company says it is startup company and just Raising fund nothing eles they will not pay for your work also Actually All should be mentioned in Dislike category But ther was limitation so I write all dislike in Like section because Ufaber is totally Dislike they don't have any Thing that should be writen in Like Section.

...y will hire you for the 10% of your sales that's mean as Agent not as employee . They don't provide FNF ( Aaj taak kisi employee ka FNF nai hua hai ) and if you resign before the salary they will hold your salary .

I worked in this company for the 1.5 years and they hold my incentives more than 2 lacs and also hold my 2 month salary . They will make salary whatever they want .

...ossible to do your job. There's zero regard for work-life balance. What' worse? They didn't even pay me my salary! And I'm not the only one. Many trainer have also been left unpaid, which is utterly shameful. Even students who have paid for services aren't receiving them and when I brought this up to management, I was told to ignore it and keep working. This company is an absolute scam. They exploit employees, ignore student complaints, and run a fraudulent operation. uFaber is the worst company I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!
