Nothing Just spoil my career in this company From 2012 to Till present the company says it is startup company and just Raising fund nothing eles they will not pay for your work also Actually All should be mentioned in Dislike category But ther was limitation so I write all dislike in Like section because Ufaber is totally Dislike they don't have any Thing that should be writen in Like Section.

Everything that happens is Dislikes for me No work culture, No humanity, No Timely Salary, They are Devil 😈 😈 Don't Believe them the Will Fire 🔥 you at any Moment. I will pray to god that plz God Help to our Young generation so that they do not join this company and God Please Accept my Wish That this company should Close soon Some people are in Management Team they will come to know Power of Employee's

...y will hire you for the 10% of your sales that's mean as Agent not as employee . They don't provide FNF ( Aaj taak kisi employee ka FNF nai hua hai ) and if you resign before the salary they will hold your salary .

I worked in this company for the 1.5 years and they hold my incentives more than 2 lacs and also hold my 2 month salary . They will make salary whatever they want .

...ossible to do your job. There's zero regard for work-life balance. What' worse? They didn't even pay me my salary! And I'm not the only one. Many trainer have also been left unpaid, which is utterly shameful. Even students who have paid for services aren't receiving them and when I brought this up to management, I was told to ignore it and keep working. This company is an absolute scam. They exploit employees, ignore student complaints, and run a fraudulent operation. uFaber is the worst company I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!

The product is very good. There are some areas where improvement is needed but overall product is very easy to sell and simple.

...s the biggest reason of dissatisfaction. They don’t give salaries on time. Pathetic attendance policy which is reason of huge cuts in salary. No time to time appraisals. No proper hierarchy. I worked for almost two years and was one of the top performers in system, still there was no growth. Initially salary used to come between 8 to 10 of every month later 11th then 12th or sometimes even 13th or 14th of the month. You will literally receive your incentives after 3-4 months and when you ask them the reason they give you reason that they need time to calculate the amounts. Probably they need calculators to provide money on time.

I have worked in ufaber for 3 months they terminated me and told me that I will receive my salary and incentives but they didn't gave me my full salary and incentives we were 3 people joined on the same day they terminated us all they 1 person full salary and incentives but when I asked them the same they told that they don't have any police for incentive they are very good in make difference in people. Apart from this they don't even reply on mail and don't even answers the call they they keep people for 3 months and they terminated them only people who are attached with higher management they are can survive there the HR are good when you enter but after that they don't care about anybody it's been more than 2 months I am been trying to ask them but they are not even replying
