There's nothing to like about this useless company.

...ero appraisal. Work pressure was too high. They dont treat their employees well. They dont pay salaries in time. It was the worst mistake of my life to work here. Even their all positive reviews are fake and paid. They ask a huge amount for any course but in return they do not provide any good or effective class for their students. Their success rate is almost zero. I have a lot of thing to say about Ufaber but on last thing, Please dont join this company or dont buy their services.

Nothing, Only sometimes there is no work to do, that's what I liked...

...r, HR, HR Head, Marketing Head Siddhesh and Accounts team all are a big liers. Salary discrepancy is a common issue here, after discrepancy they even don't replies to mails. They don't settle FNF for ex-employees, That's how they are earning to feed their family.

No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.

They have not created my 24 days salary and incentives.Its around 6 months still they have not cleared my f&f. Following on email from 24th July 2023. Manager ( Amit GORAIN) ,HR (Yashika Daryanani) Not responding to mails. Brand head UPSC pathshala (Himani Verma) Asking to don't disturb. They have Terminated my without any notice or Information. Not even given my Relieving Letter.

Nothing worst company My incentives worth 12k and 20k salary is pending they never gonna pay that.

They won't pay you your money, they pay only on 15 of the upcoming month and if you resign then forget about your money they will never pay .The HR Yashika is worst.The incentive your earn they never pay. The company works on deduction only. Real School is worst the parents who get enrolled keep complaining about the classes as Operations team is not their only .You need to work not only on sales but work as Customer service also.
